Yvonne De Carlo, born on September 1, 1922, in Toronto and died January 8, 2007, was the name of a Canadian actress who worked on television and in films. Through her career of six decades, her film appearances were prominently featured during the early 1950s. She played her most prominent roles in movies such as Anna Marie in Salome where She performed the role of Anna as the spouse of Moses (Charlton Heston) in The Ten Commandments and Amantha in Band of Angels starring Clark Gable. The early 1960s saw her debut on the screen when De Carlo accepted the offer to appear as Lily Munster for the CBS television show The Munsters alongside Fred Gwynne as well as Al Lewis.
